Kristina Sargent
Kristina completed her 500 hour advanced yoga training with Wonder Yoga in 2020, and is also certified in Yin Yoga through Josh Summers. She specializes in vinyasa yoga and linking breath to movement, starting with a relaxed pace, picks it up a bit and then brings it back down into everyone's favorite part: savasana .
Kristina loves yoga because of the way it makes her feel: body, mind & spirit. She loves oI teach because she wants to help make others feel that way, too!

Mary Hermann
Mary completed her RYS-200 in 2019 with CorePower Yoga and completed her RPYT with Claire Sandburg at Nurture and Nourish yoga in 2020. Mary taught prenatal yoga virtually throughout her 2nd pregnancy during the pandemic. Now in her 3rd pregnancy, Mary is personally aware of the benefits of prenatal yoga and the joys and struggles of a pregnant body. She designs a flow that will invigorate your body and alleviate discomfort - all in a welcoming environment for all parents-to-be to move and flow and find connection in the parent community.
